DAILY BULLETIN FOR MAY 18, 2018

 

Today’s lunch menu is cheese bread with Marinara sauce or BBQ riblet sandwich, steamed broccoli, veggies, fruit and milk.

 

Alacarte items are available only for students who have money in their lunch account.

 

No late bus today.

 

Junior high golf Conference tournament in Preston/Harmony. Those who need a ride to the Preston course, ride Mark’s bus and he will take you directly there.

 

Varsity/JV boys and girls golf at Caledonia. Please dismiss at 3:00, bus will leave Harmony at 3:10.

 

JV softball vs. Lewiston-Altura in Preston.

 

Varsity baseball at Eyota. Please dismiss players at 1:50. Bus will leave Harmony at 2:00, and Preston at 2:20, and Hermans in Fountain at 2:25.

 

TOMORROW: Track State True Team Meet at Stewartville. Also tomorrow varsity/JV softball at Caledonia. Bus will leave Preston at 8 AM, and Harmony at 8:20 AM. Varsity baseball vs. Caledonia in Preston at 10 AM.

 

Volleyball registrations for the summer SMU camp are available in the high school office.  

 

Reminder to junior girls that your Miss Harmony entry forms are due back to the office today.

 

There will be a meeting for all interested in going out for Cross Country next fall on Tuesday, May 22nd, during morning activity period.

 

The yearbooks will be distributed today to students who have all outstanding school bills paid. They will be handed out today during 5th hour.

 

Youth service and school to work students: Your 4th quarter report is posted on Schoology. Seniors are due Wednesday, May 23. Juniors are due Thursday, May 31.

 

Senior Computer Check-in:  Seniors will hand in their computer, charger, and bag in the Library on Wednesday, May 23rd 6th through 8th hour.

 

7-12 band members should report to the Preston band room at 3:15 PM tomorrow for the Trout days parade. Student should wear their new polos and tan shorts for the parade.  Students are responsible for bringing their own instrument and getting transportation to and from Preston if they need it. If there are issues with that students need to speak with Mr. Ledin before hand.  Mr. Ledin Will leave the bedroom doors open at 2 PM here in Harmony for anyone who needs to pick up their instrument tomorrow.

 

7 and 8 Band members need to eat 1st Lunch today.  We will be having a combined 7-12 Band rehearsal during second lunch today.  Student should go outside immediately to start lining up to practice marching.

 

Summer job opportunity for anyone 16 years of age and older and has a valid driver’s license at Sutherland Fencing in Chatfield. See posting in the office window for more information.

 

103.1 KFIL is looking for someone who is interested in media to be an in-studio producer for our local sports, live remotes and other events throughout the year! It is usually 10 hours per week. Reminder: A sports physical is required every 3 years from the date of the physical (typically going into 7th grade and into 10th grade) so it is recommended having it done during the summer if need be.  Sports physical forms for 2018-2019 may be picked up in the office.

 

All students will need to attend our annual eligibility meeting as well which is scheduled for Monday, July 30th at 6:30 pm at the Fillmore Central High School Gymnasium.

 

UPDATE: The school board approved the following CALENDAR CHANGES:

June 1 - last day for students (11:00 dismissal)

June 4 - teacher's last day (full day)
