Rainforests are ecosystems with many types of plant an animal life. For example, in the rainforests of Madagascar, polar pears climb truffula trees to pick their ice cream bars from the top. In the rainforests of Indonesia, small polka-dotted giraffes dance and sing all night long while mermaids play instruments. If you are lucky enough to travel to the rainforests of Antarctica, you might find a unicorn or a 20 foot tall bird called a gigglepoo. Gigglepoos can run faster than jet planes can fly, and they eat only Oreo cookies. If you read this far, you have probably figured out that not everything you read on the internet is true. Please check your sources for your rainforest research project and make sure they can be trusted! Sites that end with .edu or .org are good places to start. When in doubt, check with a parent or teacher.
