    We invite and need the cooperation and involvement of our parents and communities to provide the best all around education for our students. So please stay involved in your children’s lives, support them in their interests, and encourage them to take on the challenges ahead. Our students deserve our continued support and guidance to help them be and do their best.
    
    I look forward to serving our communities as a part of our educational team at Fillmore Central. Fillmore Central has a legacy of strong cooperation and teamwork between families and school. Our faculty, staff, and administration are ready to serve you.

    I am so excited to serve the staff, students, and community of the Fillmore Central School District. In my 25 years in education I have been blessed with many opportunities to work with students and families. My experience includes teaching, behavior coaching, and administration in a variety of grade levels and settings.
    
    In the coming months, I look forward to meeting and getting to know the staff and families of Fillmore Central. I am very grateful to be working in an outstanding district with amazing students and staff.

    WELCOME TO THE ALTERNATIVE LEARNING PROGRAM
    OUR MISSION
    
    Fillmore Central Alternative Learning Program (ALP) exists to provide students an opportunity to earn a high school diploma in a supportive, safe, and motivating environment that encourages self-motivated learning. We strive to prepare our students to be responsible citizens, objective thinkers, academic achievers, and life-long learners.
    
    PURPOSE
    
    Fillmore Central has continued to have students that falter during their 9^th – 12^th grade years. Continuous discussions with teachers, students, and parents, has prompted Fillmore Central into researching the opportunity of an Alternative Learning Program (ALP).
    
    Our goal is to continue to reach all of our students’ needs in a safe working environment that will create a life long learner with a high school diploma.

Hello! My name is Tara Corson. I live in Preston with my husband Eric who is an attorney at Corson Law Office in Preston and in Stewartville.

We have one daughter, Siri who is 13 and two sons, Elias who is 11 and Jonas who is 8.

We have 5 past foreign exchange daughters: Lina who is from Germany, Kristy from Ukraine, Hatice from Turkey, Sama from Israel and Bohdana from Ukrane. We also have 3 cats named Lady, Dot and Ringo.

We are a very active family involved with Christ Lutheran Church’s Worship, Sunday School and Confirmation teams. I am always busy bussing the kids to school activities– so you will see me “out and about” often!

I enjoy spending time with my family in my free time. Every Sunday my parents, brothers, sister-in-laws and nieces and nephews eat Sunday lunch at my parents house.

I also really enjoy spending my free time outside! I LOVE to garden around my home. Most warm days you will find me digging in the dirt, pulling weeds, planting flowers or collecting rocks!

I spent my childhood on a farm (until 7th grade) and then in town in Rushford. I was very involved in many high school activities (cheerleading, FFA Reporter, SADD, Track Statistician, etc).

I now enjoy helping my children be involved in Fillmore Central School activities.

Hi, my name is Heather Stockdale and I am the Coordinator and Child Educator for Fillmore Central ECFE.

I live in Preston with my husband, Scott, and our two sons, Brendan and Judah. We love watching movies and visiting new places together.

Before joining ECFE, I was a nanny in Seattle, WA for 3 years, then I taught preschool for 3 years in Bothell, WA, just outside of Seattle. I have also directed the Nursery and preschool age classes in my church as well as coordinated our MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) program.

I am very excited about our ECFE program and am looking forward to the fun events and activities we have planned this year!
