Jump Rope For Heart

Jump Rope For Heart is a national educational fund raising programs that are sponsored by the American Heart Association (AHA) and the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (AAHPERD). The goal of these two programs is to educate kids about health and fitness. Students participate by asking friends, neighbors and family to sponsor them. They then collect pledges in hopes of earning prizes and making a difference in the battle against America's number one killer, heart disease.
