College Application Procedure

  1. Make application to the college of your choice and at least one more as a back-up.
  2. Applications may be obtained from the guidance office or directly from the colleges.
  3. Upon obtaining your application, I will fill out my part and sign it.
  4. After I do my part, you are to do your part on the application.
  5. Once your part is complete, bring it back to the guidance office so that I may check it over and help you with anything you may not have understood.
  6. Upon determining that the application is filled out completely, we will issue you an official transcript to be sent along with the

    application.

 Your application envelope should include: 

  1.  APPLICATION
  2.  TRANSCRIPT
  3.  APPLICATION FEE
